Quark Bundt cake in 15 minutes, I bake it twice a week!

Ingredients

3 eggs
120 g sugar
40 ml oil
Cinnamon powder
120 ml milk
300 g flour
1 packet baking powder
For the quark filling
500 g quark (or farmer’s cheese)
4 tbsp sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 packet vanilla pudding powder
150 ml milk

Preparation

Here’s how it’s done: Mix the ingredients for the quark filling together. For the batter, beat the whole eggs and sugar until foamy.

Now gradually add the oil and milk, and finally carefully fold in the flour mixed with the baking powder.

Next, layer the batter in a greased and floured baking pan, then half of the quark filling, then more batter, the remaining filling, and finally the remaining batter on top.

How to make it Then bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160°C for another 30 minutes and finish baking the Bundt cake. Enjoy!
