Ingredients
2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 stalk celery, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)

¼ teaspoon black pepper
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
4 tablespoons butter, softened
8 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or whole grain)
Instructions
Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Assemble Sandwiches: Butter one side of each bread slice. Place 4 slices buttered side down on a clean surface. Spread tuna mix evenly on them, then top with shredded cheese. Close with remaining bread, buttered side up.
