Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini rainbow candy-coated chips (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until smooth and slightly pale. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Combine Batter:
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
Add Chocolate Chips:
Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips for extra chocolatey goodness.
Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Add Toppings:
While brownies are still warm, sprinkle the rainbow candy-coated chips evenly on top. Press lightly if needed to help them stick.
